Technical Writer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team! As Technical Writer you will be responsible for creating technical documents and manuals, explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner and working with product owners, developers and operations teams to ensure accuracy of product descriptions. You will be part of an experienced team with passion for innovation in a highly creative, inspiring and young environment. You will have a chance to work with the latest technologies on the market and acquire various certificates.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop, organize, write and edit documentation, in-game text, game plans, guides, manuals and operational procedures in English, Slovak and Czech
• Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
• Analyze documents to maintain continuity of the content style
• Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
• Communication and cooperation with our development teams, support project/product managers while creating technical documentation
• Manage and validate translations with external Agencies
• Ensure all documentation meets company standards, compliance and regulation requirements

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Proven experience working in a technical writing position
Experience in IT / technical background
Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Experience with markup languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking
Spanish or Portuguese language is an advantage
Previous experience with authoring and publishing solutions (MadCap and/or Robohelp) are an advantage.
