Logistics Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Vessel transport data gathering via an internal data system

• Monitoring of maritime transport based on delivery orders

• Communication and coordination with internal departments, regional offices, customers, and logistics service providers (LSPs)

• Operational support for CEE regional offices, including KPI/forecast tracking, cascading HQ/RHQ guidelines, and collaborative problem-solving

• Monitoring and identifying potential logistics risks (e.g., severe weather, infrastructure disruptions, labor strikes) through external news

Requirements:

• Experience: Logistics experience

• Advanced English knowledge (both written and verbal),

• IT skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Outlook), Google Gemini, Google spread sheet  

• Team work and goal-oriented personality, ability to work in deadline-oriented environment and good analytical and organization skills

• Responsibility and accuracy at work
