#What Will You Do?#
*Support testing, configuration, and deployment of retail applications
*Make sure new features and fixes go live smoothly and on time
*Drive automation to boost efficiency and system stability
*Continuously improve how things work
*Keep systems ready
*Ensure integrations (payments, loyalty, fleet cards) are ready for end to end testing
*Coordinate Level 2 support with vendors and development teams
*Monitor systems, analyze issues, and support retail apps, cash desks, and payment terminals

#What Do We Expect?#
*University degree in a technical or economic field (or equivalent IT background)
*Interest in IT systems, applications, and operations
*Proactive, easy going team player with a solution oriented mindset
*Willingness to learn, grow, and give constructive feedback
*Intermediate programming skills with an interest in understanding how complex software systems work in enterprise environments.
*Advanced level of English
