Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Are you ready to take on a key role in shaping modern software platforms? As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help transform order, delivery, and assurance management systems by building robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. Working in a collaborative agile environment, you will contribute to technical discussions, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using one of mentioned: Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI), Node.js (Nest) (working knowledge of other two needed).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and defect resolutions.
- Build APIs (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger) and support event-driven architectures with Kafka and messaging services.
- Implement SQL/NoSQL database solutions (CosmosDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Apply best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and security throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to cloud-native development using Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Use CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and modern testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress).
- Leverage AI-driven tools (GitHub Copilot, LLMs, RAGs) and adopt emerging technologies.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements:

What do you bring?
- Deep expertise in one of: Java (Spring Boot), Python (FastAPI), or Node.js (Nest), with working knowledge of the other two.
- Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (CosmosDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures with Kafka and messaging services.
- Proficiency in API design (REST, OpenAPI/Swagger).
- Hands-on experience with automated testing (Playwright, Cypress).
- Familiarity with code quality and security tools (Lint, Prettier, Veracode, SonarQube).
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions, Terraform) and cloud-native platforms (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or TM Forum (a plus).
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI-driven developer tools.
- Background in migration or modernization of legacy systems.
- Experience working in large, distributed enterprise environments.
