Procurement process expert

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As a Procurement process expert, you will establish a solid foundation for future flexibility in P2P (SAP Ariba SCC,
planning, schedule agreement processing, etc.) as part of the Digital Process World project.
• Your responsibilities will include supporting international rollout projects.
• You will act as support for interdisciplinary and international supply chain projects in the areas of material
requirements planning, operational purchasing of raw materials and commercial goods, as well as their systematic
representation in the SAP system.
• In this position, you will participate in assigned projects.
• Analysis of supply chain processes in the area of procurement, including identification of strengths and weaknesses,
development of appropriate measures, and provision of relevant KPIs will also be your responsibility.
• You will also be responsible for conducting internal and external (supplier) training on business processes and
systems in the relevant area.
• You will participate in supporting and guiding operational planners.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
of study.
• You have experience in both strategic and operational supply chain environments, including project management
expertise.
• Good expertise in S/4HANA, SAP (Material requirements planning, procurement with Purchase order / Schedule
agreement.
• You speak a fluent in English and you have flexibility to travel for project-related activities.
• Good Excel / PowerPoint skills.
• Analytical skills, strong team spirit, structured working style are your strengths
