Finance manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Forecasting business performance based on SIOP (income, cash flow) with identification of gap closers and risks.
• Ownership of balance sheet integrity ensuring 100% account reconciliation and risks covered accordingly.
• Day to day supervision of Finance Department.
• Plant capital investment and capex control.
• Drive reporting and closing timetable.
• Improve SAP reporting for non finance people.
• Product costing.
• Revenue chain – ensuring site meets cashflow targets (payables and capex).
• Site leader for internal controls – ensuring all internal controls are sufficient and monitored.
• Assume ownership of findings from Corporate Audit report and ensure compliance.
• Continuously develop the Finance team to enable Finance to play a proactive and leading role in improving the overall performance of the site
• Develop financial awareness with the key site personnel to enable them to understand the financial consequences of their actions
• Lead site specific projects (not necessarily of finance nature).
• Ensure that financial control & processes are established that correctly incorporate all relevant statutory & fiscal obligations
• Is responsible for following the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
• Observes and ensures following of work rules and internal HS&E guidelines resulting from responsibilities of managers and other employees in HS&E areas in the current wording
• Coordinates, support and is responsible for all activities according IATF16949 & ISO9001 related to Department
• Manage the development of his team members through the HPD and MRR process
• Executive MRR process
• Lead and complete the Performance & Development Summaries (PDS), Compensation planning (GCP), Performance&Compensation discussions, Mid Year assessment, goals settings of his team

• Knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO9001
• Knowledge of AOP & STRAP planning
• Good knowledge of European fiscal and local statutory accounting requirements & of US GAAP
