Junior IT Business Analyst with German

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Support senior analysts in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Assist with translating business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
- Participate in system configuration and parameterization under guidance.
- Help maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to communication between clients, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Assist with basic user research, usability feedback sessions, and preparation of wireframes or simple prototypes.
- Gain exposure to business process modeling and IT system integration.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- University degree in IT area (Technology, Informatics, Information Systems).
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in IT, business analysis, process mapping, or software delivery (internships or part-time roles welcome).
- Advanced English and German (B2+) and native Slovak (C2) language skills.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn requirements elicitation, documentation techniques, and process modeling.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in a structured learning environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiarity with UML/BPMN, SQL.
