About the role

As Retail Director, you will be responsible for the development and acceleration of the Retail business and for building strong automotive and non-automotive partnerships. You will drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and team performance.

Your main duties will be:

Retail Strategy & Business Development
- Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the Retail business
- Ensure business development across all channels (acquisition, retention, renewal, upselling)
- Monitor and pilot key business KPIs and budget performance

Leadership & Organization
- Lead and manage Heads of Retail Channels and transversal functions
- Set qualitative and quantitative objectives and operating rules for the team
- Coach, support and develop managers and high potentials

Customer & Partner Experience
- Drive a strong customer-centric culture across Retail
- Monitor customer satisfaction
- Build and manage long-term automotive and non-automotive partnerships

Governance & Compliance
- Respect and maintain Financial Security Regulations (KYC, AML/CTF, PEP, Anti-Bribery, Professional Ethics, Whistleblowing)
- Guarantee quality, environmental and compliance standards within Retail

Reporting & Performance Management
- Regularly monitor and report Retail performance to General Management
- Supervise and control team activities and productivity
- Ensure objectives, KPIs and quality standards are met

We are looking for candidates with:

Professional background
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership / management role, ideally in automotive, leasing, banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of sales strategy, performance management and customer experience
- Very good command of English
- Advanced MS Office skills
