Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an energetic and dependable team player who enjoys taking ownership, finding solutions, and keeping things organized. The ideal candidate combines a proactive mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Office Support

  • Provide administrative support to management and collaborate with various departments, including Finance, Legal, and Marketing.

  • Handle general office administration, including correspondence, document preparation, data entry, scanning, copying, and archiving.

  • Maintain internal records and documentation, including certificates, cash handling records, and office files.

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and hospitality services (hotels, restaurants, transportation, etc.).

  • Follow internal procedures and perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Client Communication

  • Manage incoming calls and provide support to existing clients with general inquiries and service-related matters.

  • Ensure a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach in all client interactions (this position does not involve sales activities).

  • Assist with receivables management and communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments when required.

Office and Event Coordination

  • Support the organization of internal meetings.

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and well-organized working environment.

  • Provide occasional support during special projects, urgent tasks, or company events.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for motivated professionals who want to combine healthcare communication, relationship-building and business development in a meaningful and fast-growing international environment.

  • Secondary education is required; a university degree is an advantage.

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • A proactive, resourceful, and motivated personality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • A valid Category B driving licence is an advantage.

  • Fluent command of the Slovak language, both spoken and written.
