Supply Planner / Buyer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• ​Plan and execute ordering of raw materials from suppliers
  
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
•  Proactively report product and material availability issues
• Analyze and manage MRP, Material master/parameters
  
• Inventory Management: Support reporting, inventory parameters reduction
  
• Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system
  
• Supplier relationship/evaluation
  
• Provide support to Customer Service, Sales team, Product Management
  
• Interpret and execute the MRP supply recommendations for raw materials and packaging components used in assign parent products
  
• Check ERP system; review BOM and follow up with supplier to make sure material is available.
• Analyze MRP output, current forecasts, and sales history to determine appropriate replenishment strategies and safety stock levels.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• At least 3 years of experience in a position of material planner /buyer in production company (engineering or automotive)
• Dynamic and proactive approach
