Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We’re looking for a colleague who will be the daily support for our Chief Delivery Officer.
Ideally, you speak Slovak and English, have experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Junior Project Manager.
This role is perfect for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and has the ambition to grow in a dynamic environment.

Your main responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Take an active role in the day-to-day operations of the CDO and ensuring efficient management of schedules, emails, and high-level tasks.
- Meeting Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, manage the CDO’s daily schedule, track key dates and deadlines, and take meeting minutes when required.
- Project Support: Help create project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met.
- Communication: Handle routine email correspondence and assist in preparing responses for more complex communications.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and reviewing documents, ensuring precision and accuracy
- Continuous Learning: Proactively learn about the iGaming industry and the inner workings of a product-driven IT company to enhance your support capabilities.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Professional Skills: Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluency in English and Slovak both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Tech Savvy: Competent with Microsoft Office applications with the attitude to quickly learn new software as needed.
- Independence: Capacity to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and a track record of producing error-free work.
- Flexibility:Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, with a presence in the office .
