Business Operations Manager

As part of our transformation into a SAP-driven manufacturing organization, we are looking for an experienced leader who will drive business support processes across planning, procurement and operational excellence.

You'll become a key business partner to the Plant Manager and play an important role in the further development of our site.

Your responsibilities

• Lead production planning and coordinate customer demand with manufacturing capacity

• Drive strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations

• Build long-term supplier partnerships and identify cost optimization opportunities

• Ensure effective master data management and support SAP processes

• Monitor operational KPIs and support business decision making

• Lead and develop the Business Support team

• Drive continuous improvement and process standardization

• Cooperate closely with Operations, Quality, Finance, HR and Global Functions
