O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies (B2B) to drive export sales growth in line with company goals in Austria and Czech market.
  • Identify and engage new strategic partners and distribution channels to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors/construction companies to ensure constant sales increase.
  • Project focus from design stage until application of products on jobsite.
  • Build and maintain relationship with architects, designers, consultants, construction companies, applicators, developers, investors and other authorities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential new product opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, competitors, and target markets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to tailor campaigns and promotional materials for the AT and CZ markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities and market shifts to proactively adjust sales strategies.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

At least 5 years of experience in international sales (B2B), with a proven track record of success.

Experience in the construction, concrete or paving materials industry is highly preferred.

German language is must, additional English language is advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Knowledge of export regulations and standards.

Ability to travel as required.

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
