Insurance Business Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• creating analytical documentation | processing clients business requirements and transforming into analytical documentation for clients and for development teams

• technical investigation and analysis of current functionality and data structures in the context of new requirements

• system and cross-functional design
• production support
• internal testing including preparation of testing scenarios for QA teams
• calls | meetings with customers and development teams
• managing client expectations, deliveries, satisfaction of clients
• daily communication in English and Slovak
• active part in project management

• experience/knowledge in reinsurance | insurance business analysis:
• administration, business processes, reporting
• finance and accounting
• IT skills including:
• UML analytical skills

• data modelling
• data analysis (SQL)
• ability to identify priorities
• ability to see the global aspect of the project and consequences of decisions made
• few years of experience, used to communicate with customers and developers
