O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Manage and lead the service and maintenance team , which supports implemented information system platform /application admin/system/database admin.
• Supports the deployment of service management tools, governance, methodologies, standards, ITIL procedures and a cornerstone of the IT strategy.
• Manages 5 -12 people as a people manager
• Ensure SLA are achived and client expectations are met
• Supports the consolidation of project IT infrastructures in line with the global strategy.
• management of 2nd 3rd level application support and follow up all processes related to Service and Maintenance (Installation and maintenance all related software)
• Deployment of service management tools, methodologies and standards.
• Deployment of infrastructure within agreed time, cost and quality requirements
• Support the Project Service Management teams
• Escalation of unresolved infrastructure issues.
• Support the Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Support the Change Management process
• Ensure Service Management standards are met.
• Responsibility for budget and recharge management.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow,
• Communication with headquarter.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in IT
• Minimum 3 years project delivery service experience, ITIL Service Delivery and follow up to ITIL Service
• Good understanding of a broad range of IT systems (Software Application, LINUX infrastructure, Database, DevOps)
• Excellent Technical Analytical Skills
• Experience working and understanding with enterprise database systems
• ITIL Service Manager level qualifications is an advantage
