Lead C# NET Software Engineer Architect

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage architecture, SW Engineering a scrum team of 6 developers/testers. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison with client representatives, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Act as the central point of contact for client representatives, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software development projects, overseeing all aspects of the development lifecycle.

Support team members and promote their professional growth and well-being.

Keep project documentation updated and provide light reporting on project progress.

Demonstrate proficiency as a hands-on developer, producing high-quality code at a rapid pace.

Conduct thorough code reviews and promote software development best practices within the team.

Utilize design patterns effectively, explaining their value and implementing them as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members, advocating for improvements in software development processes and introducing new tools or techniques when appropriate.
- Develop and enhance various in-house developed applications and systems
- Prepare and analyse data using complex queries
- Develop and support integrations with multiple external systems
- Analyse and optimize software and database performance
- Consulting clients during the process of solution design
- Development of functional specifications, development of internal systems
- NET framework/ C#/ Web API/ Azure cloud
- SQL/ queries/ views/ stored procedures
- JavaScript/ typescript/ angular (or similar)
- Websockets/ messaging/ communications protocols
- Source control system(-s)
- Software testing principles, test automation
- Continuous integration
- Software development patterns and best practices

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• University education (Master's degree) - technical, IT
• Language skills: English language - advanced
• Over 7 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in performance monitoring and analysis tools such as Azure App Insights.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Consultant mindset - adept at proposing innovations, explaining reasons for change, and guiding non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance practices with hands-on experience conducting architectural reviews, managing technical req.
