Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a Product OwnerAI Solutions to drive the evolution of Enterprise AI for the Energy and Convenience Industry. 

The Product role is evolving - fast. 

AI agents can now generate business requirements, user stories, and flows when given the right context and inputs. With vibe-coding and prototyping tools, Product can build functional simulations and early prototypes without waiting for engineering, accelerating validation and shortening delivery cycles. 

But this doesn’t replace Product. It elevates it. 

 

Core Responsibilities

1. Market and Domain Ownership

• Develop deep understanding of target workflows, pain points, policies, and data ecosystems
• Identify automation hotspots where agents and workflows create outsized value
• Map as-is operations and define to-be automation pathways using RisingTide
• Apply Jobs to Be Done, pain funnels, and customer observation to prioritize solution increments

2. Solution Blueprinting and Packaging

• Define solution scope, outcomes, and boundaries
• Create Solution Blueprints that assemble platform components into repeatable offerings
• Define pre-configurations such as schemas, workflow templates, agent roles, and document templates
• Build Solution Starter Kits including data templates, workflows, KPIs, and decision maps

3. Accelerate Implementation

Ensure solutions deploy with minimal customization through:

• Industry schemas
• Workflow templates
• Pre-trained agent skills
• Document processing templates

Additional responsibilities:

• Define configuration frameworks that allow customer self-adaptation
• Establish onboarding playbooks that reduce time to value

4. Customer and Outcome Focus

• Validate solution fit through pilots before scaling
• Co-design value proofs from baseline to pilot to expansion
• Define customer-facing success metrics and ROI narratives
• Maintain a backlog grounded in customer reality

5. Solution and Platform Collaboration

• Identify solution needs that should become platform capabilities
• Decide what remains solution specific versus platform reusable
• Partner with Platform Product Owners to avoid one-off custom development
• Translate solution needs into platform native backlog language

6. Data and Schema Enablement

• Identify common data structures and define industry canonical models
• Prioritize document and process types per solution domain
• Partner with Data Helm on dataset onboarding, mappings, and validation rules

7. Go-to-Market Readiness

• Contribute to GTM assets such as one-pagers, ROI claims, and before and after diagrams
• Train Sales and Professional Services on solution capabilities and boundaries
• Support pricing and packaging decisions with leadership


Key Skills

• Strong customer discovery and domain modeling
• Ability to demonstrate the product through functional prototypes
• Experience defining agent-based workflows and acceptance criteria
• Clear definition of prerequisites, data checks, escalation triggers, and rollback paths
