Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Leading and mentoring the Financial Controlling team both technically and personally.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly management reporting at Group level
- Presenting financial figures and key performance indicators clearly to our shareholders.
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes across all business units.
- Consolidating group figures and preparing strategic presentations for the management board.
- Performing deep-dive profitability analyses to support data-driven management decisions.
- Driving the development of controlling processes, tools, and IT systems (cost centers, segments, etc.).
- Managing specific controlling projects, such as process standardization and cost capitalization.
- Providing agile ad-hoc analyses to support day-to-day business needs.
