Would you like to work in an economically stable and healthy growing company and add social value through your work? Then you've come to the right place. 

We specialize in taking over decommissioned IT and mobile devices from companies and public institutions and in doing so, re-marketing as many devices as possible. After collection and data destruction, the devices are tested, cleaned and then sold. Hardware that is no longer marketable is professionally dismantled and recycled, which creates important raw materials in Europe. 

The aim of the AfB Group is to give 500 people with disabilities across Europe a job that is subject to social security contributions. Over 500 employees work at 20 locations in five countries, around 50% of whom are people with disabilities. We make an enormous ecological contribution, because the processing of used hardware saves CO2, reduces resource depletion and protects the environment. 

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Back Office Specialist to support our daily operations. In this role, you will handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth processes – always in close collaboration with our Back Office team in Germany. 

Your tasks: 

  • General administrative support (filing, correspondence, document handling) 
  • Invoice processing and support with basic accounting 
  • Preparation of documents (e.g. for ISO, contracts, safety and waste documentation) 
  • Communication with clients and entering clients into the system 
  • Communication with external suppliers of goods and services 
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • You have at least one year of experience where you worked in administration as well as active contact with clients/ stakeholders 
  • You have an active knowledge of English and German language - fluent communication 
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office 
  • You have successfully completed university  
  • You are a team player with an analytical mind-set
