Accounts Receivable Analyst – International Finance Team

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a European finance operations team in Bratislava. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine finance, data analysis and technology while working with international teams and gaining hands-on experience in large-scale financial operations.

-Analyze and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, including payment differences, returns and agreement-related issues.
-Perform reconciliations between statements, payments and internal accounting records.
-Process a high volume of financial transactions while ensuring accuracy and timely completion
-Investigate payment-related issues and cooperate with internal teams to find effective solutions.
-Communicate with business partners and internal stakeholders via email and phone regarding AR and payment queries.
-Work with Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies and support reporting and decision-making.
-Look for opportunities to simplify and improve existing finance processes
-Explore the use of AI and automation to reduce repetitive manual work and increase efficiency.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
I-nterest in finance, accounting, financial data or data analysis; previous experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar area is an advantage.
-Good understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly debit and credit.
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with larger amounts of data.
-Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
-Good communication skills and experience working with customers, clients or business partners.
-Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment.
-Knowledge of another European language such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish or Turkish is an advantage.
-Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
-Interest in AI, automation and new technologies and their practical use in finance is highly welcome.
