Quality Action Leader IMQ, (VCK)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
What you´ll do

As an IMQ Supervisor your main tasks, together with your team, are to:

• Indentify and act on suspected incoming material quality risks and initiate countermeasures to secure production in plant
• Initiate quality verification of Incoming Material during and between building series
• Lead supplier related issue follow up meetings during project phase 
• Issue rejection reports for technical deviations on material towards the supplier and initiate Global 8D process
• Initiate and track sorting/rework activities on inbound material or in-house material stock
• Initiate and secure reimbursement process internally and towards suppliers
• Support production in the 4M analysis of possible material deviations, securing emergency response actions and initiation of problem-solving
• Escalate problems towards Procurement Plant Team (PPT)

 

Lead, coach and manage your own team

• Take responsibility for the deliveries, improvement and coaching of own team towards decided priorities
• Train/coach team members, break down tasks and give assignments to increase team member skill level.
• Recognize good achievements

What you'll bring

• University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical,  Materials Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in Auto industry or similar manufacturing facilities is preferred
• Passion about Quality and proven structured and advanced problem-solving experience 
• Engagement to motivate people to help the organization achieve its objectives
• You ensure ownership and hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments
• You build strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
• You would like to be a role model in applying the Volvo Car culture and behavior, taking responsibility for deliveries both as an individual and as a team member
• You have leadership, communication and networking skills and you can communicate in English, both written and spoken

Compensation

Base Monthly Salary (Gross) for this position starts from 2.000 EUR. 

* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.
