Position Overview

The Business Analyst provides financial analysis and reporting support for IAS plant activities. The role focuses on financial and performance controlling, closure activities, cost center and product profitability analysis, and preparation of management reporting and ad-hoc analyses. The position works closely with plant finance teams, operations, and IAS global functions to ensure accurate data, strong financial performance visibility, and adherence to controlling standards.

1. Financial and Business controlling closure support for both plants

Month-end controlling activities, reconciliations, and data validation

Support for cost allocation cycles and controlling accuracy

2. Cost Center & Product Profitability Analysis

Analyze cost center performance, trends, and variances

Prepare product profitability analyses and support decision-making

3. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for IAS leadership

Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support business needs

Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems

4. Forecasting & Budget Support

Assist with financial forecasts and annual budget cycles

Consolidate data from both plants and ensure alignment

5. Data Integrity & Systems

Extract, validate, and analyze financial and operational data (SAP FICO)

Contribute to digitalization and reporting harmonization initiatives

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

1–3 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or Business Analysis (manufacturing preferred)

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel

Experience with SAP CO/FI preferred

Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail

Ability to support two sites with structured and reliable work

Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative
