Offering Manager for Solutions & Services Group

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Manage the end to end lifecycle of services offerings - from enablement to withdrawal
- Help define service offerings to compliment, enhance or complete Infrastructure solutions.
- Support the enablement of maintenance services for new HW products and leading the commercial design where requires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HW Product, Sales Enablement, Sales, Marketing, Finace) to plan and execute Service enablement.
- Lead or contribute to the announcement strategy for new offers.
- Ensure readiness for all routes-to-market and support sales enablement activities.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine product strategy.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Proven experience in Services product management or a related role.
- Expertise or knowledge of configurator tools and ordering systems.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and services product lifecycle management.
- Excellent knowledge of Lenovo Storage / Server / Networking products.
- Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to set and track financial and volume goals.
- Previous experience with data center infrastructure solutions required.
- Familiarity with sales enablement and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or relevant related field (Master’s preferred).
