Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As our new Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Operations Team. By coordinating administrative activities, managing documentation, and supporting key operational processes, you will help create an organized and productive work environment that enables teams to focus on achieving business objectives.
Working in a dynamic international environment, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple functions, supporting communication, coordination, and operational excellence while contributing to continuous process improvements and effective teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate schedules, meetings, business travel arrangements, and other administrative activities to ensure efficient support for the Operations Team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation that support operational performance and informed decision-making.
- Organize visits, events, workshops, and other team activities in cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain documentation, correspondence, and business records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Support operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify administrative workflows and improve team effectiveness.
