Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist / Tech Lead to join our client’s newly established AI/Data Science department in Bratislava. This is a unique opportunity to work on a greenfield setup where you can combine strong technical expertise with business acumen and play a key role in shaping the team, processes, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively contribute to the development of AI/Data Science solutions.

• Design, build, and optimize models and data-driven applications with a focus on business impact.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into scalable data science solutions.

• Drive innovation by leveraging AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Help establish best practices and standards in the newly formed department.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields.

• Strong technical skills: Python, SQL, R (or similar technologies).

• Solid understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including experience with LLMs.

• Ability to combine technical expertise with business-oriented thinking.

• Proactive mindset and motivation to build and implement processes in a greenfield environment.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
