Project Manager – Construction & Fit-Out

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Project & Development Services team in Slovakia. In this role, you will lead real estate development, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across office, commercial, and industrial sectors, managing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept through to completion and handover.

As a trusted advisor to occupiers, investors, and landlords, you will deliver high-quality projects while balancing programme, budget, quality, and risk. Beyond project delivery, you will play an important role in developing client relationships, supporting business growth, and helping shape the future of our Project & Development Services offering in the Slovak market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fit-out, refurbishment, and development projects across office, commercial, and industrial sectors.

• Act as the primary client representative throughout the project lifecycle, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.

• Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement processes, quality standards, and delivery risks.

• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, landlords, authorities, and internal project teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered in line with client objectives, sustainability requirements, and local regulations.

• Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and service delivery.

• Support business development activities and foster long-term client relationships.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience within real estate, construction, consulting, or a related field.

• Strong experience managing commercial fit-out, refurbishment, or development projects from inception to completion.

• University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.

• Excellent understanding of Slovak construction regulations, procurement procedures, and industry standards.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent Slovak and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with international clients and colleagues.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach to project delivery.

Additional Experience That Would Be an Advantage:

While not essential, experience in any of the following areas would be highly valued:

• Quantity surveying, cost management, or value engineering.

• Technical Due Diligence (TDD) and/or Environmental Due Diligence (EDD).

• ESG advisory and sustainability certifications, including LEED, BREEAM, or WELL.

• Architecture, interior design, workplace strategy, or occupier advisory services.

• Working with both occupiers and landlords across commercial real estate projects.

• Business development experience and an established network within the Slovak real estate market.
