##What will your responsibilities be?##
• Deliver input for DFAM on Fastener related topics for innovation projects, quote projects, change management and serial life
• Specification, standard and expertise management for Fasteners and fastening equipment
• Development of new specifications and standards
• Become the central point of contact for manufacturing questions and issues related to fastening processes in EMEA
• Perform necessary tests in term of fastening systems in the specialized laboratory

##Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?##
• B.S. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) or similar
• Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience
• Experience with seating products and advanced experience with fasteners and fastening tools and processes are a significant advantage for the position
• Interpersonal skills - ability to work in a matrix organization and effectively lead without direct positional authority is required
• Ability to write clear, concise technical documentation and process description
• English language – fluent
• MS Office Skills
• Willingness to travel

• Base monthly salary starting from 2650 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
