Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Position Overview:
The Embassy Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for embassy personnel, official visitors, and diplomatic missions. The role requires discretion, cultural sensitivity, and strict adherence to security and protocol standards. The ideal candidate is experienced, trustworthy, and able to operate vehicles in a high-security environment.

• Transport embassy staff, diplomats, and official guests to meetings, events, and appointments.

• Operate embassy vehicles safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and embassy security rules.

• Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrival and avoid security risks or delays.

• Conduct daily checks on vehicle condition (fuel, oil, tires, lights, brakes).

• Ensure vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and serviced on schedule.

• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately.

• Follow all embassy security procedures and maintain confidentiality at all times.

• Maintain awareness of local security situations and adjust routes when necessary.

• Assist with secure pick-up/drop-off procedures at airports, government buildings, and diplomatic locations.

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, routes, and maintenance logs.

• Support embassy logistics such as delivering documents, packages, or official mail.

• Assist in protocol duties during official visits, delegations, or events when required.

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional driving experience , preferably for an international organization, government office, or corporate employer.

• Valid local driving license with a clean driving record.

• Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic conditions, and regulations.

• Ability to drive various types of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, vans).

• Good communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage (or the embassy's required language).

• Physically fit with the ability to assist passengers and luggage.

• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
