IT Lead Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (42.000-52.000 €/year)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Lead and coordinate the migration from NAV to Business Central • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications • Work closely with external integrators and internal stakeholders • Maintain and support internal IT systems and applications • Troubleshoot issues and provide user support • Ensure IT security, access rights, and system stability • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement • Report directly to company leadership

We are looking for a senior IT specialist who understands business processes and can translate them into system logic. You will coordinate the full upgrade project, work with external partners, and ensure the new system supports production, logistics, finance, and sales. It is a hands-on, autonomous role for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and driving change.You will be the key partner to the leadership team, shaping how the company operates for the next decade.
