About this role

At BRIGHTP1CK, we design and build sophisticated Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and advanced machines that transform warehouse logistics and automation. Alongside our AMRs, we develop custom add-ons and tailored machines to meet specific customer needs. In this role, you will fine-tune our production processes, optimize material flow, manage change, and ensure accurate data within our ERP systems. Your ability to establish and sustain efficient processes will be key, helping us maintain high effectiveness and secure the momentum of our rapid growth.

Core responsibilities:

• Setup & maintain system processes
• Data management in JIRA and Odoo/SAP systems
• Administration of all data for manufacturing
• Setup and maintain data flow between R&D and Manufacturing
• Establish the form for documentation (working instructions, etc.)
• Secure the documentation and all data are up to date
• Product Ramp-up administration
• Cooperation with R&D focused on process improvements
• Production setup & optimization
• Support quality
• Set up material flow in production and warehouse (Kanban, buffers, etc.)
• Adjustment assembly of mobile robots and their addons (time balance)
• Implement Lean principles (5S, Kanban, 7W)

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP) and data administration.
• Strong background in production setup, material flow, and time balancing.
• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to sustain data accuracy and integrity under changing priorities.
• Stress resistance and ability to meet deadlines.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and communicative approach.
• Technical education (or equivalent practical experience) is an advantage.
