What do we expect from you?

• Web Fundamentals: Solid basics of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript from university, bootcamps, or self-study.

• Framework Awareness: Fundamental understanding of how modern UI frameworks (React or Angular) work and basic REST API concepts.

• Version Control & Problem Solving: Familiarity with Git basics, logical thinking, and an eye for clean UI layouts.

• AI-Assisted Learning Mindset: Eagerness to use AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for debugging, learning fast, and writing code.

• General Skills: English for technical documentation and team communication. A clean criminal record is required.

What will be your tasks?

• UI & Component Development: Building responsive interfaces and reusable components using modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and UI libraries under mentor guidance.

• Routing & Architecture: Implementing page routing, lazy loading, state management, and route security guards.

• Forms, Data & APIs: Creating interactive user forms with validation, integrating external APIs/maps (e.g., OpenStreetMap), and handling CRUD operations.

• App Features & Testing: Setting up internationalization, authentication flows, and writing basic unit tests.

• Agile Workflow & AI: Following Git version control practices, presenting demo milestones, and using AI coding tools to accelerate your learning.

Pantheon Academy is an excellent way to start your career as a Developer or Tester. We provide space for growth and young talents are more than welcome in our organization. Our 1-month Trainee Program offers a salary of €1,100. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a Software Developer role with a starting base salary of €1,500. Further increase is considered on annual salary reviews based on your performance and achievements.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

To qualify for our Trainee Academy, candidates must first successfully complete the 2-month Pantheon Educational Program, designed to fully prepare you for this role.

Further requirements in addition to the main requirement stated above:

• Basic knowledge of Angular/React technologies

• We utilize SCRUM and communicate with customers worldwide on a daily basis, English is a must.

• Previous work experience with Angular or React is a big advantage

• Knowledge or big interest in the Networking domain is an advantage

• During the program on-site work is required 

Please note that only full-time applicants can gain a place at Pantheon Academy, we’re not hiring students for this position. We are happy to welcome Fresh Graduates.
