Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining a team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.
Locations : Bratislava, Slovakia
Start Date : June or July 2026
What you’ll do :
- Partner closely with our field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
- Play a fundamental role in our continued growth by setting and developing the sales strategy and relationships for your assigned accounts, territory, or industry area.
- Cover all activities from preparation of configurations and offers, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management
- Be our extended sales force to cover sub accounts of the assigned major accounts to extend our market coverage
- Develop new sales activities, campaigns to develop incremental funnel
- Support with reporting and forecasting and support ad-hoc tasks upon request

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What you’ll need:
- Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in 2025 or 2026 with a focus in Business, Management, Economics, or related
- Up to 12 months of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovak
- Experience or a proven interest in sales and a passion for technology
- Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
