At ECTIVE, we’re looking for an Operations & Administrative Assistant who’s eager to take ownership of everyday processes and help our teams stay one step ahead.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment — where curiosity, reliability, and a “can-do” attitude matter more than rigid routines.
You’ll have the chance to learn from different areas of operations, finance, and communication, while becoming a key part of what keeps ECTIVE running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Support of ECTIVE's day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth and efficient internal processes.
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks (document management, data entry, correspondence).
- Support internal invoicing processes and preparation of reports for customer invoicing.
- Collect and organize accounting documentation (receipts, invoices, confirmations) for bookkeeping.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and financial reports.
Coordinate small office management tasks (supplies, courier, errands, coordination with vendors). - Support other teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Management) with administrative follow-up and internal communication.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
What helps you shine in this role:
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar assistant role.
- Any experience with invoicing, accounting support, or reporting is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (a must!) and confidence with other Microsoft Office tools.
- You are fluent in Slovak and English, both spoken and written.
- You are preferably available to work from the office (hybrid flexibility possible).
- You are curious about AI tools like ChatGPT and open to using them to make work smarter and easier.
- You bring reliability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills — you like when things are clear and done right.
- You are proactive, eager to learn and not afraid to take initiative after a bit of guidance.
- You are flexible and open-minded, comfortable adapting to new systems or processes.
- You are great at managing your time and juggling different small tasks without losing track.
