Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As a Management of Change Project Coordinator, you will lead global product formulation change initiatives across our Adhesives business unit. In this role, you will drive cross-functional projects related to raw material changes, product reformulations, and portfolio optimization activities, ensuring timely implementation while meeting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives.

*Lead global Management of Change Projects across multiple functions and regions
*Managing the project´s lifecycle, including scheduling and steering meetings, tracking progress in project tool (Planview) and handling documentation
*Facilitate and coordinate international cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and business milestones
*Leading virtual international teams and organizing regular meetings
*Prepare and present project updates, business cases, and recommendations to leadership teams and steering committees
*Actively strive for continues improvements opportunities and sharing best practices

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
*Minimum 1 years of experience in project management, change management, or cross-functional leadership roles
*Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
*Assertive and proactive approach
*Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
*Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
*Proficiency in standard office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
