Operations Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Due to the new projects and volume growth we are currently strengthening our teams, including operations team. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize processes within our factory.

Responsibilities

- Supervising the Production, Planning and Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and Maintenance 

  departments,

- Preparing and managing the operations budget, monitoring costs and ensuring the financial

  efficiency of all processes,

- Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching,

  training and feedback to improve performance,

- Driving continuous improvement of production processes using Lean tools,

- Acting as a factory representative and participating in various meetings concerning H&S, Lean, 

  Finance, Environment, etc.,

- Managing projects and implementing investment plans,

- Preparing reports.
