• Ensure the effective implementation of tests and testing strategies in collaboration with Product Owner and other technical roles (e.g. test developers, software developers, product managers etc.)
• Design test cases based on requirements and use cases
• Create and perform automated and manual tests
• Establish and maintain the test environment
• Maintain traceability of tests to requirements
• Report defects and retest the bug fixes
• Helps to ensure that developed project adheres to non-functional requirements by executing tests targeted to these business values (stability, performance, error handling, etc.)
• Create documentation required by Corporate Guidelines for testing (test plan, test report, etc.)
• Reports test results to the Test Manager informed of depth / coverage of testing (for Quality Assurance purposes)
• Provides feedback on quality and consistency of requirements and specifications (testability of requirements, usability of user interface, more accurate effort estimations, etc.)
• Assists Product Owner to solve business issues related to testing
• Introduction to maXYmos testing for new team members
• Create Robot Framework test automation
• Maintain Robot Framework test automation

• Preferred degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in relevant field
• Knowledge about test methods, strategies and processes
• Familiarity with testing and test automation tools (Robot Framework preferred)
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash)
• Experience with test management
• Analytical and systematic working style
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Affinity to work in an international environment
• Experience with embedded systems and Linux is an advantage
