Quality Engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining quality specifications for products, materials, equipment, facility and process controls; and for investigation of customer complaints and process nonconformities

Customer experience:
• Cooperates with the customer in the field of quality, sampling, complaints, requirements for process improvement and cooperation
• Processes 8D presented to the customer in cooperation with the departments of production, technology and other support departments
• Understood and follow OEM customer specific requirements 
• Track customer satisfaction measurable and communicate to appropriate personnel and/or management

Product development / APQP
• Coordinate and responsible for Customer PPAP submissions within specified timeframe
• Reviews GD&T and gauging methodologies for assigned programs.
• Participates and provides input to the program engineer in the development of DFMEA.
• Participates and active member in FMEA Teams
• Participates in launch readiness reviews (LLR) and ensures PPAP and quality related AQP concerns are raised and escalated for assigned programs)
• IMDS knowledge

Quality control
• Development of Control Plans to ensure robust process/ product controls are in place
• Conduct capability studies and gauge R & R analysis (MSA)
• Maintain SPC and ensure that SPC points are within capability range or initiate action to bring back into range
• Create quality documents in compliance with the company's quality system manual and quality system standards
• Report, provide all documentation and information on time and escalate any issue to quality manager

Quality System and continuous improvements
• Contribute and participate in the Quality System and the Environmental System to meet customer requirements and the international standards 
• Contribute and assist in variability reduction, process improvement and continuous improvement LEAN activities
