• Timely and accurate processing of the 3 types of invoices : direct invoices, summary invoices, selfbill invoices
• Handling of special requests of clients
• POD and CMR administration: collecting, archiving and registration
• Uploading documents and other data in customer portals
• Processing mails from (shared) mailboxes
• Actively communicating with internal colleagues and external partners to serve the business in the most effective way
• Comprehensive reporting to internal and external relations aboutinvoices, internal processes and possible inconsistencies.
