Financial Reporting Lead Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
The Financial Reporting Lead Analyst is a senior accounting expert responsible for group reporting, statutory reporting, SOX compliance, and decision support for the entity.

A glimpse in your role. What you will do:
• Managing the month-end close activities, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reporting packages for auditors and senior management
• Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of IRIS reporting
• Overseeing the statutory close and reporting processes
• Coordinating across AP, GL, and other Finance teams to ensure a smooth and compliant close
• Acting as owner of the entity’s SOX controls
• Supporting business decisions through financial metric analysis
• Serving as the single point of contact for the business

Informácie o výberovom konaní:
Home-office based position.
Travelling to Vienna required approximately 2 days/week.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
You'll drive towards success if:
• Broad knowledge of IFRS, with experience applying standards at the transaction and reporting levels
• Experience converting an entity from national GAAP to IFRS and/or designing SOX controls (a strong advantage)
• Experience training others in IFRS
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• A positive, can-do mentality
• A precise, structured, and results-oriented way of working
• The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders

Qualifications and education requirements:
• 5–10 years of finance experience in an international environment
• Audit experience is an advantage
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• ACCA certification or CPA registration is a plus
• Fluent English
• Experience using Excel and Blackline
