O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Key Responsibilities

• Process Documentation & Improvement

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all TPM Operations processes in tools such as Confluence or SharePoint.

• Define or upgrade existing procedures and work instructions in alignment with organizational standards and framework team documents.

• Propose and implement LEAN process improvements, explore automation opportunities, and drive their implementation.

• Create and update training and onboarding plans for TPM Operations team members.

• Collaborate with TPM Framework and Operations colleagues to ensure consistent process alignment.

• Support for Special Initiatives

• Collect and analyze data to map third parties for resiliency assessments and regulatory submissions.

• Support internal stakeholders in gathering required information.

• Update third-party records in internal systems and ensure data quality standards are met.

• Operational & Project Support

• Support the TPM Operations Lead and TPM Transformation program in selected team management and project management tasks.

• Translate high-level transformation deliverables into detailed project plans for the Ops team.

• Liaise with other TPM teams to agree on timelines, deliverables, and resources.

• Contribute to capacity planning, capability mapping, and team upskilling initiatives.

• Revisit and restructure key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with operational objectives.

• Ensure team objectives remain aligned with departmental and organizational goals.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in process documentation, operations support, or third-party management.

• Strong knowledge of LEAN process improvement and automation opportunities.

• Hands-on experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills. • Strong organizational, project planning, and capacity management abilities.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and third-party governance is a plus.
