Production Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As our Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the production organization, interact and communicate with people across multiple functions and locations to help us “Engineer a Better Future”.

Your impact?

• You’ll coordinate production activities to improve both the quality and quantity of our products and services, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• You’ll lead Production, Production Technician, and Supply Chain team, work closely with the Quality team, and take ownership of Key Process Indicators, driving progress toward a more innovative, inclusive, efficient, and sustainable future.

What You'll Be Doing ?

• Lead a strong team across Production, Production Technicians, and Supply Chain.
• Support education, regular evaluation, leadership, and motivation of employees.
• Ensure capacity, flexibility, and organization of production, while maintaining compliance with Slovak Republic safety legislation.
• Adequate equipment maintenance to guarantee safe, high-quality, on-time production at reasonable costs and optimal OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on New Project Development, selecting and designing process and machinery, ensuring safety, quality, capacity, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
• Use your skills in planning and implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance KPIs/PPI - boosting Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery, and Cost performance.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to improve how we Innovate, Operate, and Serve customers.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in Production management for at least 2 years with a strong ability to deliver results.
• Professional approach to Leadership including performance management, motivation, coaching, and employee development, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and operate across different cultures
• A mindset of Root Cause Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement, consistently driving operational excellence.
• Proficiency in IATF 16949 and its quality core tools such as TPM (OEE, SMED, 5S, predictive maintenance, SOP), TIP/Roadmap, PPAP, and Change Management.
• Strong communication skills in English—including written communication and remote meeting.
