Logistic specialist - expedition

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Are you supplier and customer oriented logistics specialis? This position could be suitable for you.

Your tasks

- Organizing and coordinating the shipment of goods to end customers via truck, courier, sea, and air transport.

- Daily collaboration with customers, sales representatives, customer service teams, and transportation providers to ensure smooth delivery operations.

- Processing orders, managing goods picking and dispatch, monitoring logistics processes, and tracking shipment movements.

- Issuing and verifying transport documents such as CMR, EX-A, A.T.R., COO, invoices, delivery notes, and customs documentation for shipments within the EU, third countries, and the USA.

- Preparing documentation for customs clearance and ensuring compliance with international regulations.
