##What will your responsibilities be?##

Analysis and decision preparation regarding optimal production sites for new programs:
• Conducting detailed analyses to identify optimal production sites for new projects.
• Preparation of evidenced information to support site selection

Strategic projects:
• Participation in strategic projects to optimize the current and future European manufacturing landscape.
• Support development and implementation of strategies to improve production processes and structures.

Space requirement planning:
• Preparation and planning of space requirements for the European production plants.
• Ensuring efficient use of available production space.

Capacity planning:
• Central planning and coordination of production capacities.
• Optimization of capacity utilization to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key performance indicators reporting:
• Evaluation, reporting and analysis of operational key figures (OEE and capacity) for the European plants.
• Identification of improvement potentials based on the analyzed data.

Evaluation of reuse potentials:
• Evaluation of the reuse potentials of existing equipment for new customer projects.
• Creation of recommendations on how to make the best use of existing resources.
• to optimize production assets and efficiency
• to improve processes and structures

##Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?##
• Experience in manufacturing/production: Several years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, particularly in roles involving capacity management, space management
• Project Management: experience in participating in strategic projects
• Data analysis: background in evaluating and analyzing financial or non-financial data
• Proficiency in using analytical tools /software e.g. Excel, Power BI, MES
• English B2
• Familiarity with capacity planning, production processes, parts and equipment and general financial aspects
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct detailed analyses to identify optimal production sites and to present evidence in a clear way to support recommended site selection.
• Capacity evaluation and optimization to create recommendations on how to best use existing resources/ future needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and align closely across multiple teams including plants, central functions, leadership
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans

• Base monthly salary starting from 2600 Eur gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
