Technical Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Due to the new projects and volume growth we are currently strengthening our teams, including operations team. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Technical Manager to oversee and optimize processes within our factory.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to development and oversee the delivery of new projects,

- Provide technical estimations and support planning for new and ongoing initiatives,

- Supervising the Maintenance department,

- Preparing and managing the maintenance budget, monitoring costs and ensuring the financial   

  efficiency of all processes,

- Driving continuous improvement of production processes usingLean tools,

- Managing projects and implementing investment plans,

- Preparing reports.
