O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the people agenda within a dynamic international production environment. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who is passionate about building strong company culture, driving engagement, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and implement the HR strategy in alignment with company values and business objectives.
Act as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, supporting decision-making through people insights.
Manage and develop a small HR team consisting of 3 people, ensuring efficient delivery of all HR processes.
Oversee end-to-end HR lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Support leadership development and coach managers in people-related topics.
Collaborate on workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing and operational efficiency.
Lead and support change management and organizational development initiatives.
Monitor employee satisfaction, analyze data, and implement improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with local labor law, health & safety, and internal policies.
Cooperate with regional and international HR teams on strategic initiatives.
We are looking for:
Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial or strategic HR role within a production/manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing full HR agenda (recruitment, development, performance, compensation, employee relations).
Strong leadership skills and experience leading HR teams.
Ability to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with organizational change, culture building, and employee engagement.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Fluent in Slovak and English (written and spoken).
