Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the global implementation of the Sales & CRM module of IFS Cloud. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and Business Process Owners to ensure a smooth rollout and long-term adoption of our new ERP system.

Your Role
The position will cover three main phases:

  1. Design & Configuration – Define and test ERP functionalities, ensure integration with other tools, and support data migration.

  2. Global Rollout – Drive change management, prepare training materials, organize training sessions, and coordinate key users across the organization.

  3. Maintenance & Support – Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related topics, gather feedback, propose improvements, and ensure system performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, configuration, and testing of ERP processes in Sales & CRM.

  • Oversee data migration activities and ensure accuracy.

  • Manage communication, training, and change management during rollout.

  • Coordinate global network of key users and provide second-level support.

  • Propose continuous improvements and manage tool upgrades.



Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an international project/manufacturing environment.

  • Strong understanding of business processes, project & change management.

  • Hands-on experience in Sales & CRM processes; ERP transformation project experience (IFS ERP is a plus).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English (German/other languages are a plus).

  • Willingness to travel (~1x per month).
