Marketing Specialist CZ & SK - Healthcare / Biotechnology Sector, Remote/Hybrid

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow social media channels for the Czech and Slovak markets
  (content planning, publishing, community management and performance optimization)

• Manage and improve company websites
  (content updates, landing pages, UX improvements and conversion optimization)

• Create, launch and optimize Meta campaigns
  (lead generation funnels, remarketing, A/B testing, budget management and reporting)

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automation workflows and lead nurturing

• Work with CRM and marketing automation tools; experience with SalesManago is a strong advantage

• Support SEO activities and local online visibility
  (on-page SEO, content optimization and collaboration on website improvements)

• Create and execute lead generation marketing strategies with measurable KPIs

• Coordinate external marketing agencies and collaborate closely with marketing teams across the FamiCord Group

• Support creation of offline POS materials and coordinate production with suppliers

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new digital opportunities

• Regularly analyze campaign performance and prepare recommendations for continuous improvement

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • email marketing

  • Meta Ads

  • marketing automation

  • lead generation campaigns

• Experience with SalesManago is a strong advantage

• Advanced English (C1) – written and spoken

• Experience with:

  • Google Analytics

  • Meta Ads reporting

  • SEO basics and local visibility optimization

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe or similar)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proactive and structured approach with the ability to independently plan, execute and optimize activities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Driving licence – Category B
