About the Role
Please note, this is a fixed-term position (maternity cover)
As a Back Office Administrator supporting our underwriting team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our insurance operations run efficiently. This junior position offers excellent learning opportunities and a supportive environment where you can develop valuable industry knowledge while making meaningful contributions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Document Management: Review and process insurance documents with attention to detail and accuracy
• Data Entry Excellence: Update our systems with contract information, ensuring data integrity
• Process Support: Follow established workflows while identifying opportunities for improvement
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues across different locations
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Learning & Development: Continuously build knowledge about insurance processes and systems

You'll join a collaborative team that works closely with the underwriting community. Our focus is ensuring data accuracy within our systems and maintaining smooth operational processes related to policy administration. We manage insurance policies covering both local and international clients, providing you with diverse exposure to the industry. • Fluent German and English language skills (both written and spoken)

• Previous experience in back office, administrative support, or customer service roles
• Familiarity with corporate environments or financial services
