Fleet Services Specialist with Dutch

- Communicate daily with dealers, garages, and other suppliers via phone and email
- Review and approve maintenance and repair requests through a B2B platform
- Coordinate both regular and exceptional vehicle maintenance with garages, body shops, dealers, and tire service providers
- Check incoming quotations related to tires, service maintenance and repairs, damage repairs, and replacement vehicles
- Create approvals in internal systems after careful review of all items, with a focus on contract conditions and cost optimization
- Proactively communicate with account management about repairs that may be linked to driver behavior
- Liaise with insurance companies in cases involving damage caused by another vehicle
- Cooperate with team members and local technical experts whenever clarification is needed before making a decision
- Provide technical contract specifications, including covered services, client exceptions, replacement car conditions, insurance details, tire dimensions, and more

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
We are looking for someone who is communicative, organized, and eager to learn. You do not need to be a senior expert already — what matters most is your motivation, customer-oriented mindset, and interest in the automotive field.

-Speak Dutch at minimum B2 level
-Speak English at minimum B2 level
-Have previous experience in administration or customer support
-Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
-Are interested in cars and the automotive industry
-Enjoy solving problems and making decisions
-Are customer-focused and team-oriented
-Education in Automotive, Economics, or Business is an advantage
-Experience with tools such as Excel, Outlook, Jira, or business correspondence is welcome
