Business Operations Specialist – Sustainability & Supply

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Join an international team supporting renewable fuels and sustainability operations across the supply chain. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who enjoys working with contracts, documentation, SAP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

If you have experience in supply chain, procurement, business operations or contract administration and would like to contribute to the growing renewable energy business, we'd love to hear from you.

• Manage contract administration, including document coordination and contract processing.

• Maintain sustainability certificates and related documentation in internal systems.

• Verify sustainability documentation to ensure compliance with renewable fuel delivery requirements.

• Capture and maintain renewable product transactions in SAP.

• Maintain data in internal and external sustainability databases.

• Prepare reports, analyses and operational overviews related to renewable supply and sustainability activities.

• Support supply planning by monitoring volumes, inventory levels and forecasts.

• Cooperate closely with Supply, Logistics, Finance and Controlling teams to resolve operational issues.

• Participate in process improvements and documentation updates.

• Support various operational projects and ad hoc tasks within the team.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, business operations or contract administration.

• Good knowledge of SAP.

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent Slovak and English.

• German or Hungarian language skills are considered an advantage.
